Chaque année, plus de 3 millions de pèlerins du monde entier visitent la Grotte à Lourdes dans le Sud-Ouest de la France, confiant leurs intentions de prière à Notre-Dame à l'endroit même où la Vierge Marie est apparue 18 fois à Bernadette en 1858.

Bernadette était humble, pauvre, malade et analphabète. Sa joie et sa force sont un modèle pour nous tous.

Aujourd'hui, des gens viennent du monde entier pour prier ensemble au même endroit où la Mère de Dieu est apparue à Saint Bernadette et où de nombreux miracles ont eu lieu. Venez vivre la grâce et la paix de Lourdes dans le message évangélique de Notre-Dame à Saint Bernadette.

Avec un protocole sanitaire approprié, garantissant la sécurité de tous les visiteurs avec une attention particulière et des services pour les malades, les personnes handicapées ou les personnes dans le besoin, le Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes est ouvert toute l'année.

Visiter Lourdes en tant que volontaire

Peu d'expériences sont aussi transformantes que de faire du bénévolat pour servir les malades à Lourdes. Il a été dit par des bénévoles qu'ils quittent Lourdes avec bien plus que ce qu'ils sont venus. Ce sont les cœurs et les actions généreux des bénévoles qui permettent aux malades de se rendre à Lourdes.

Coordinated by the Sanctuary's International Volunteer Centre, volunteers are welcomed from April to October with missions suited to everyone, from welcoming pilgrims to assisting with liturgical services. It's a chance to give a little of your time, and gain far more in return.

First Lourdes Hospitality of the Americas, offers pilgrimages for volunteers and the sick multiple times per year, including medical volunteer service, chaplain service and catechesis for youth.

Hospitalité de Miami

The Hospitality of Miami is dedicated to helping the sick and suffering of the Miami, Broward and Monroe to go each year to the Sanctuary of Lourdes for healing and to gathering us together for an annual pilgrimage as one Archdiocesan family. Everyone from the Archdiocese of Miami is invited to come together for our own Archdiocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes.

The Sovereign Order of Malta

At the beginning of May each year, since more than hundred years, the Order of Malta has made an annual international pilgrimage to Lourdes, led by the Grand Master, with members and volunteers from 45 countries on the six continents who participate in the pilgrimage, bringing thousands of sick and wheelchair pilgrims.
